The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra is a next-generation robot vacuum cleaner with a record-breaking 30,000 Pa power, automatic mop change, and a hygienic wash at 100°C. It automatically selects the right mop pad, overcomes thresholds up to 8 cm, and gently cares for carpets. Maximum cleanliness with minimal intervention. Features: Docking station with automatic mop change. The Matrix10 Ultra robot vacuum cleaner comes with a new docking station that holds up to three pairs of mops, each with a separate function. During cleaning, the system can automatically switch between mops depending on the area being cleaned (e.g., living room, kitchen, bathroom) or specific cleaning needs (e.g., heavily soiled floors, wood floors). Hot water mop pads. Hot water mop pads use phase-change materials that absorb or release significant amounts of latent heat during the phase-change process. When mopping floors with hot water, the mop pad maintains a temperature above 40°C. This phase transition ensures stable heat transfer, increasing the mop pad's effectiveness. Combined with a deodorizing agent, this helps prevent bacterial growth caused by pooling water in the bathroom. Nylon bristle mops. Traditional mop pads can have difficulty removing ingrained grease and stains in heavily soiled areas, such as kitchens and dining rooms. A nylon bristle mop pad is specially designed to remove ingrained grease in the kitchen. It removes stains more effectively while being gentle on the floor. Water-absorbing sponge pads. Bathrooms often experience numerous water stains, which can easily lead to bacterial growth. An absorbent sponge pad is specifically designed for areas with high moisture levels. It features a 3mm-thick sponge pad that quickly absorbs water, keeping your bathroom dry. It provides powerful cleaning in all directions with two mops. The first-of-its-kind, automatically adjusting system features two mop pads that are angled for better contact with the floor surface. This increases the pressure on the mop pad for more effective cleaning when working on thresholds and uneven surfaces. The robotic vacuum cleaner can be tilted up to 10° (+/- 5°) to adapt to surfaces in any direction. It removes both dry and wet dirt at a maximum cleaning speed of 165 rpm. The AgiLift three-wheel chassis supports independent control of three wheels (one castor wheel and two drive wheels) to employ different strategies for overcoming obstacles of varying heights. The robotic vacuum cleaner can overcome standard thresholds and enter rooms with thresholds, such as kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies. It can also overcome U-shaped chair legs for a more thorough clean. The chassis can be raised by 11 mm, allowing it to penetrate deep into carpet fibers without clogging thanks to its powerful suction. The HyperStream system with two brushes prevents hair from tangling. The soft thermoplastic polyurethane construction gently brushes the floor, lifting debris and large particles from carpets. This brush ensures full contact with the floor. Soft nylon bristles and flexible thermoplastic polyurethane elements effectively collect dust from crevices in the floor. The ThermoHub system for automatic cleaning of the mops. When installed, the PTC mop tray system can provide a surface temperature of up to 100°C for high-temperature rinsing of the mop pad. After cleaning, the PTC mop tray temperature automatically decreases to a safe level before the robot vacuum leaves the base station. High-Power Vormax Suction. The Matrix10 Ultra robot vacuum delivers up to 30,000 Pa of suction power, allowing it to effectively remove debris such as paper shreds, hair, and cat litter from a variety of surfaces while operating quietly. Registration of the Reward in the name of a Participant under 18 years of age may be commited only by parents/guardians/trustees, with written consent to write off the Miles from the minor participant's account.

The Reward may be received only by the Aeroflot Bonus Participant and only upon presentation of an identity document. The Reward recipient cannot be replaced.

The Reward is provided by the partner LLC TECHNOPARK-Center.
The processing term of the order up to 2 working days then the Reward will be transferred to the delivery service. Delivery of the Reward by courier service is carried out up to 30 working days (depending on the region of delivery). Exact date and time of courier delivery is coordinated with the Participant in addition.
Rewards delivery is carried out only in the territory of the Russian Federation. In case you refused receiving the Reward or if the delivery service could not deliver the Reward because of the recipient within 7 days, the miles used on registration of the Reward do not come back. If the personal data of the Participant (surname, first name) in the presented identity card differ from those specified in the order, the courier service may refuse to receive the Reward. About all personal data changes please notify PJSC Aeroflot in accordance with the procedure established by the Aeroflot Bonus Program Rules. We pay your attention that delivery of Rewards in hotels, the airports, railway and bus stations is not made. At execution of the order it is necessary to specify the contact phone number registered in the territory of the Russian Federation.
The chosen option of delivery of the Reward will be added to a total amount of the order in miles. When receiving you need to check a trade dress of the Reward.

Return of the Reward:
Return of the Reward is possible only on condition of receiving it in the damaged, incomplete or faulty look (manufacturing defect). The refusal of the Reward for other reasons is impossible, and miles are not subject to return.
If at the time of delivery of the Reward by the courier you found out that the delivered Reward of inadequate quality, please, report about it to the courier.
In case you have found Reward shortcomings within 7 calendar days after receiving the Reward, and such shortcomings have arisen not through your fault that is confirmed with the conclusion of the service center authorized by the producer of Goods, then it has to be necessary for you:
1. Call to support service Aeroflot Bonus with request for implementation of return of miles by phone +7 (495) 223-55-55 or 8 (800) 444-55-55;
2. Send to support service Aeroflot Bonus the scanned copies:

  • act of delivery-acceptance of the Reward;
  • the conclusion of the service center authorized by the producer;
  • application for return of the Reward.

3. After receiving confirmation from support service Aeroflot Bonus to return of miles, send to the address of the partner LLC "TECHNOPARK-CENTER" 108811, Moscow, Moskovsky settlement, block No. 32, vl.17A, p. 1, floor 3, room 74 original conclusion of an authorized service center.
4. To expect return of miles. Miles are subject to return into the account in the program within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt by the partner of originals of the conclusion of the service center and the application for return of the Reward.
Return of miles for the returned Rewards without preliminary confirmation by support service Aeroflot Bonus is impossible.
