Terms & Conditions of Rewards delivery

The delivery of Reward takes 3–10 working days. Available delivery options: pick-up points/courier delivery

Pick-up points

A pick-up point is an alternative, economical delivery option compared to the courier delivery. Pink-up points are located near shopping malls, supermarkets, and metro stations. Rewards should be collected from OZON.ru pick-up points within 3 calendar days.The Reward is issued to the recipient only upon presenting his/her identification. It is highly recommended to check the marketable condition of the Reward upon delivery. Reward documents are located inside the parcel.

Courier delivery in Moscow and Moscow region

Rewards are delivered by the courier service to the houses and offices. Attended time by the courier is 5–15 minutes per customer. The Reward is issued to the recipient only upon presenting his/her identification. It is highly recommended to check the marketable condition of the Reward upon delivery. Reward documents are located inside the parcel.

Delivery in Moscow also includes the following districts: Butovo, Zhulebino, Kosino, Mitino, Nizhnee Podrezkovo, Peredelkino, Solntsevo. Please specify the preferred day and time of delivery in the “Comment” field during the checkout. The courier will call you prior to the delivery. If you have not chosen the delivery time interval, delivery service representative will contact you to agree on the delivery time.

Delivery in Moscow region: delivery to most cities is available only during business days from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.  Delivery service representative will contact you by phone to agree on the date and time of delivery.

Courier delivery in Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region

Rewards are delivered by the courier service to the houses and offices. Attended time by the courier is 5–15 minutes per customer. The Reward is issued to the recipient only upon presenting his/her identification. It is highly recommended to check the marketable condition of the Reward upon delivery. Reward documents are located inside the parcel.

Delivery in Saint Petersburg does not include some administrative centers (Pushkin, Pavlovsk, Petrodvorets, Ol’gino, Krondshtadt, Sestroretsk, etc.), as well as Kolpinskiy, Krondshtadtskiy, Kurortnyy, Petrodvortsovyy, Pushkinskiy, and partly Krasnosel’skiy (Krasnoye Selo, Gorelovo) districts. Please specify the preferred day and time of delivery in the “Comment” field during the checkout. The courier will call you prior to the delivery. If you have not chosen the delivery time interval, delivery service representative will contact you by phone to agree on the delivery time.

Delivery to the Leningrad region: delivery terms and conditions for some districts and administrative centers of Saint Petersburg are the same as for the Leningrad region. Those include Pushkin, Pavlovsk, Petrodvorets, Ol’gino, Krondshtadt, Sestroretsk, etc. as well as the Kolpinskiy, Krondshtadtskiy, Kurortnyy, Petrodvoretskiy, Pushkinskiy, and partly Krasnosel’skiy (Krasnoye Selo, Gorelovo) districts. Delivery service representative will contact you by phone to agree on the date and time of delivery.

Reward Delivery Failure

If the Reward was not received within 3 days after delivery to the pick-up point, or the delivery service failed to deliver the Reward due to the recipient’s fault, miles used to order the Reward are not subject to return.

Return of the Reward

The Reward can be returned only if it is found damaged, defective, incomplete or faulty (manufacturing defect) upon the delivery. The recipient cannot refuse of the Reward for other reasons and the miles cannot be refunded.

If you discover that the Reward is damaged or defective when receiving it at the pick-up point or through the courier, please let the courier or the representative of the pick-up point know about this.

If you discover any defects of the Reward within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the Reward delivery, and such defects are not due to your fault, which is subject to validation by a service center authorized by the Reward manufacturer (for the electronics and household appliances), you should:

  1. Contact Aeroflot Bonus information service (+7-495-223-55-55 or 8-800-444-55-55) with the request for the refund;

  2. After receiving confirmation of the refund send the defective Reward using Russian Post back to OZON.ru: 170100, Tver, Glavpochtamt, PO Box 92;

  3. Forward scanned copies of receipts confirming that you have sent the Reward by Russian Post to OZON.ru;

  4. Forward scanned copies of the Reward Transfer & Acceptance Act as well as documented validation by a service center authorized by the Reward manufacturer (for the electronics and household appliances) to Aeroflot Bonus information service;

  5. Wait for your miles to be refunded. Refunds to members’ accounts may take up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of scanned copies of the Reward Transfer & Acceptance Act, documented validation by a service center authorized by the Reward manufacturer (for the electronics and household appliances) by Aeroflot Bonus information service.

Please note that miles’ refund for returned Rewards that have not been preauthorized by Aeroflot Bonus information service is not possible.
