The Reward is provided by the partner of LLC Petrovending Centre.
Delivery of the Reward occupies 3-10 working days depending on the city of delivery. The Reward includes delivery to points of delivery or express delivery. When choosing option of delivery the number of the written-off miles can change. Delivery period calculated after the date of transmission of the order in the delivery service.
Available options of delivery for Moscow and St. Petersburg:
- pickup points;
- delivery by the courier.
You have to get independently ordered Reward in the place and in time, specified in the order, having shown the identity document.
At execution of the order we ask you to specify the phone number, registered in the territory of the Russian Federation. In case the phone number registered outside the Russian Federation is specified you do not receive notices of the order or is ringing from the delivery service.
We pay your attention that delivery of Rewards in hotels, the airports, railway and bus stations is not made.
Reward period of storage in pickup points – 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. When receiving we ask you to check trade dress of the Reward surely. Documents on the Reward are in a parcel.
Impossibility of delivery of the Reward
If the Reward was not got within 14 days after its delivery to point of issue of orders, or the delivery service could not deliver the Reward because of the recipient, then the miles used on registration of the Reward do not return.
Return of the Reward
Return of the Reward is possible only on condition of receiving it in the damaged, incomplete or faulty look (manufacturing defect). The refusal of the Reward for other reasons is impossible, and miles are not subject to return.
When receiving the Reward Participant of the Program has to check compliance to the got Reward to the issued order and make external inspection of the Reward regarding identification of mechanical damages and other visible defects. The claims to quantity, completeness and outer defects stated later transfers of the Reward to the Participant of the Program are not subject to satisfaction.
If when obtaining the order you found out that the delivered Award of inadequate quality, please, report about it to the employee of the delivery service for drawing up the delivery-acceptance certificate of departure.
